By clicking on the "Search Answers" tab you can find answers to the most common Brainshark questions. You can also submit questions directly to our Brainshark Support Staff by clicking on the "Ask Support" tab and you can access your Brainshark Support history under "My Support Activity".

Note: The username and password asked for on the ‘My Support Activity’ tab is issued by the Brainshark Technical Support team and is different than your Brainshark ID. If you have not yet been issued a support username and password or cannot remember your existing support username and password, then go to the ‘Ask Support’ tab and open a case with Brainshark Technical Support to request a new one.
